• 1. Registration: The registration desk will be open from 11:30 on Monday 1st July, and will be located in the area in front of the Newton meeting room in ESTEC. You will be issued with your workshop badge at the ESTEC Gatehouse - please do not forget your passport as you will need ID to gain access to the ESTEC site. A booklet containing the programme and abstracts will be available at the registration desk.

• 2. Oral presentations: Please review the detailed programme posted on the workshop website The time allocated for talks includes 5 minutes for questions. We will use two central computers to project talks - one running Windows and the second a Mac. Please provide a copy of your talk (via a memory stick) to the organisers at the latest by the session before that in which you will give your talk - include your name in the filename. Alternatively, please send a copy of your talk to echo2013@rssd.esa.int no later than 5pm on the day before your talk.

• 3. Poster presentations: Those of you presenting posters should already have received instructions for poster preparation. These Instructions can also be found on the workshop website here. Posters will be up for the duration of the workshop. There will be a session at the end of the first day during which poster presenters will have the opportunity to introduce (orally) their posters.

• 4. Reception: There will be a small reception/welcome drinks on Monday evening to accompany the poster session. This will start immediately after the final session of the day.

• 5. Lunches: Lunches will be in the ESTEC canteen, with hot meals, salads and sandwiches available for cash purchase.

• 6. Transport: Buses from ESTEC to hotels in Noordwijk have been arranged for Monday and Tuesday evening, with buses from Noordwijk hotels to ESTEC arranged on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Details of the location of the bus stops in Noordwijk and pick-up times can be found at the bottom of this email, as well as on the workshop website (under the tab named Local Information).

• 7. WIFI: Guest IDs with which to access the local WIFI will be issued at registration.

• 8. Posting presentations on the EChO workshop website We would like to upload pdfs of all talks and posters onto the website immediately after the workshop. Please let us know if you *do not* want your oral presentation to be put onto the website.
